Gerald Haddock - Owner and Managing Partner

Gerald Haddock is the owner, founder, and managing partner of The Haddock Firm, LLP. Mr. Haddock founded the firm in 1999. He was a partner at the prestigious law firms of Fulbright & Jaworski, LLP (1972 – 1980), Kelly, Hart & Hallman, PC (1984 – 1990), and Jackson Walker, LLP (1990 – 1994), before establishing the Haddock Firm, LLP. Gerald Haddock is actively involved in numerous organizations, including the CEELI Institute, a not-for-profit international provider of post-graduate, professional legal education headquartered in Prague. Mr. Haddock is currently a member of the Friends of CEELI Institute based out of Washington, DC. Mr. Haddock has his BBA from Baylor University, JD from Baylor University School of Law, LLM from New York University School of Law, and MBA from Dallas Baptist University. He lives in Fort Worth, Texas with his wife, the Hon. Diane Haddock.

Diane Haddock - Partner

Judge Diane Haddock is a partner at The Haddock Firm, LLP. Along with her legal expertise, Judge Haddock has an impressive background in banking management experience as a banking officer and director. In those roles, she was responsible for the largest mortgage bank transactions in the country for several years. As an attorney, Judge Haddock focused her private practice on family law and banking and corporate transactions. Judge Haddock is actively involved in the Fort Worth community, not only in her judicial role but also as a advocate for several organizations, including the YMCA Amaka Child Care Center and Meals on Wheels. Judge Haddock received her JD from Texas Tech University. She lives in Fort Worth, Texas with her husband, Gerald Haddock.

Arin Schall – Attorney


Arin Schall is an attorney for Haddock Firm. She began in November 2012. Since 2002, Arin has been licensed to practice in the State of Texas. She brings more than 10 years of experience including the prosecution, defense, and appeal of civil professional malpractice, commercial litigation, and other business law matters. Arin received her BA from Texas A&M and her JD from Baylor University School of Law. She currently lives in Fort Worth, Texas.

Michelle Brown - Paralegal

Michelle Brown provides research and paralegal support for The Haddock Firm, LLP. Prior to joining Haddock Firm, Michelle worked with a large company in Dallas as the export and import compliance official, with a focus on NAFTA and international contracts. She graduated from the University of North Texas with her BA in English Composition.
